• Cello - Oh no! Model TP1437D, TV and DVD combi.

  The first one of these was bought in Sept 2007. The TV worked fine, but the DVD player didn't. So I called the company (bought from Comet but contacted Concept who sell them).<p>
  <br>They sent a replacement, again the TV worked and the DVD player seemed to work as long as you put the DVD in the opposite way to that indicated by the DVD slot. But after 30 minutes, the DVD player gave up and just clicked away.<p>
  <br>So I called again, and was sent another replacement. And this one was exactly the same as the second!<p>
  <br>So in the end I took it back to Comet who were very patronising (I am a woman after all!) and they asked if I had put the right region DVD in, was it a copied DVD etc. No to both. They didn't want to change it but in the end they let me exchange it and pay more for another different brand. So helpful (not!).<p>
  <br>All this happened in the space of a week!<p>
  <br>Just hope no-one else has the same trouble xx
