I should have received a discount of 10% but I did not enter code correctly so was disappointed not to receive the 10% off. I was told I would get this on my next purchase but have'nt got it so far.

I ordered the cartridges on a Fri so didn't expect to receive them until Monday at the earliest. I did however receive the invoice on Sat without the cartridges. I would recommend that you include the invoice with the product as this can cause...
