I consider that the packaging was excessive,the cartridges were individually packed, the 4 cartridges were then packed in a printed outer, which was then packed in a huge box and surrounded by a large quantity of air in plastic bags.

I am always unsure if the cartidges are filled to capacity, as they seem to run out sooner than the branded version.

IN THE PAST ORDER HAS ARRIVED NEXT DAY IN A JIFFY BAG THROUGH THE LETTERBOX. THIS TIME IT DELIVERED BY COURIER IN A BOX WITH LOTS OF PACKING SO WOULD NOT GO THROUGH THE LETTERBOX - LEFT WITH NEIGHBOUR WHO WAS THEN AWAY.PACAKGING WAS NOT 'GREEN'...

I thought the cartridges would be cheaper but in actual fact I realised afterwards that the ones from Epson itself would have been far cheaper!

Although I said the item arrived on time it actully arrived on time following a message that it would be delayed by one day. I still regarded this as highly satisfactory service including telling me there would be a slight delay.
