the only issue I have with this purchase is that the delivery charge was high for such a small item. I understand it was coming to the UK from Italy but there should have been some options for a slower, cheaper delivery

Really like the handbag and easy access . Saves all the hassle and very well packed with a nice compliment slip. Perhaps enclose a small brochure on some of your other products might be good for future sales.

on the web site it say's next day delivery but i took them 3 day to tell me the item was out of stock and would not be deliverd for christmas. in there response they suggested that they could send other good's that where over twice the price.
