I was totally impressed. Put in order on a Friday and did not request next day delivery however my order was delivered before 12 noon on the Saturday. Very efficient.

Purchased 2 toilet handles separately only one had rubber washers. This did not affect the installation, but I wonder why?

Product turned out to be out of stock, even though website showed 5 in stock at time of my order. Then I get charged, and it takes 5 - 7 days for Plumbword to process my credit card refund, leaving me nearly £100 out of pocket for a month.
