The battery grip for my 40D works well but is not well designed ergonomically. It feels bulky and is not easy to grip and does not mount snugly to the camera base. But for the remote unit and price it is acceptable.. I like the remote system it employs

The order was placed with a statement that it was required by a certain date due to going on holiday. The only correspondance I received was to my email and that was not very clear but stated that they expected delivery "soon". The item arrived 2 days after my trip! (more)

The camera was a present. It is a new model so was not in stock. However the receiver was kept fully posted. The overall first experience of buying from Jessops is excellent and reliable. It is reassuring that Jessops have shops in most High Streets and are more than just a distribution warehouse. (more)

Excellant camera and service. Camera was not delivered to house due to no-one in but the carrier options - either to self collect or be re-delivered were excellant.

it was easy to read the information about the camera, also easy to purchase. I have seen the same camera advertised on a shopping chanel for around £100 more,it was interesting to see the camera in action and supplied with a bag and 4gb card but why buy there and wait 7 days when I only waited 2. (more)
