After nine days, I was told on the phone this item would take another 5-7 days to arrive; also that it was not available at my local shop. Later I discovered by chance it was available, and was able to purchase it in person at the shop that same day.

I was amazed that although the camera i ordered was out of stock at the time of order, the free products that came with it arrived by DHL the very next day! That's service for you!
