I have not received the items or had any communication about the item, up until now i have had no problems with jessops but the lack of communication is putting me off buying from again,a shame as i was looking into purchasing a camera at christmas

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order. Unfortunately i had to contact jessops to find out what the problem was. i was told products were out of stock but have not been given any solution or time scale. i dont think this is acceptable do you?

Item was listed as In Stock for Home Delivery and extra was paid for speedier delivery but the order status then showed it On Backorder while the product page still showed In Stock, and delivery came later than paid for.
