Order was cancelled due to unavailability of product. Called Customer services twice and was only told of problem on second call. No-one let me know that product was not available and I was given false info on first call to customer services, being assured that product would be shipped on 16th July. Website said product would arrive in 10 days when this is clearly not the case. It is no wonder that Jessops is in such a mess at present. I will not be trusting Jessops again, having spent over 1000gbp with them in the past. (more)

Although the issue was resolved I was still very disappointed with the service and I would not purchase anything in the future from Jessops. The order was cancelled by Jessops and yet I was not made aware of this. I checked the track status option by chance if i had not the item i bought for a birthday present would not have been received on time. (more)

I was very upset because I paid £152 for the camera,case and memory card package .When I looked up your site the next day to show some friends the camera I had ordered the price had dropped to £127.43 I felt a fool in front of them and feel duped!.

Price was reduced by Jessops and other retailers in between ordering and delivery. When I queried whether they would honour the lower price, or price match elsewhere, bearing in mind the camera hadn't been delivered, I was told to take it back to a Jessops store and purchase it from the cheaper shop!! Really disappointed with customer service, especially as I have purchased four cameras from them previosuly. (more)

I understand jessops havesome finaancila problems. I dont understnd for the the small items I requested the packages were excesssive and donot make economicsense when a samll protected padded envelope would have beensufficient

went into shop and was told NO we no longer keep them,went on line and got slide mounts but could not get rondex slide magazines from you but did get them elsewhere,asked for help on line and got none,not even a reply.Unlikely to ask again either in doncaster shop or on line.Sorry it looks like the end.M J Brown. As yet I have not received the promised £50.00 Cashback - which was part of the deal. It was alos impossible for me to access the procedure for this cashback electronically until I follwed the guidelines in one of the daily papers & that was after purchasing/receiving the camera (more)

Find it unacceptable that a Jessops branch cannot take an item back and refund the amount or exchange the item for the correct item. The item has to be sent back to Jessops on line if purchased from there.
