Can't fault Whitebox at all. They initially offered to deliver my new dryer in 4 working days which was too fast for me! This was no problem and a new slot was scheduled in without fuss. Highly recommended.

SERVICE BY WHITEBOX WAS VERY GOOD - ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT THEY WERE NOT AWARE AND SO DID NOT ADVISE THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BE GIVEN THEIR NORMAL 3 HOUR NOTICE OF A DLEIVERY SO THAT CAUSED A FEW ISSUES BUT IT WAS ALL SORTED OUT IN THE END!

The installation and scrap collection charges are more expensive than well known high street names, but apart from that, top marks for getting the product to me within 3 days, at a great price.
