tried to phone - no response emailed three times - no response Item was deliverd damaged ,so not signed for and returned immediately STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND

I am very disappointed with all aspects of the service

Product purchased was a tumble drier. Following unpacking I noticed a small deformation of a side panel. Because it was at the back and towards the bottom, it is not very visible and I chose not to go through the hassle of a return. However, it indicates that there was some lapse of care between Hoover, Whitebox or your delivery company. Worth keeping an eye on for your future customers. Main disappointment was your telephone order line. It is good that you show the intent of offering a human being on a phone to check order progress. However, this is undermined by the line frequently being overloaded with a requirement to leave a voicemail. People phoning up want a prompt answer and someone there... (more)

completely satisfied with whitebox however a note on delivery that Hotpoint refuse to deliver this particular fridge into the house as it is 70 cm wide so would be a good idea to make a note of this on the description of the fridge it had to be left in the garage or they would take it back to the depot. Whitebox were unable to supply the product requested and suggested some more expensive alternatives. I was able to obtain the requested product from an alternative retailer and I am still awaiting a reply from Whitebox to my e mail requesting confirmation that the order be cancelled. (more)

This company has appalling customer service - They never answer the phone or respond to voicemails; they do not contact you as advised when ordering. Suggested delivery date when ordering was 3rd July - on the 5th after having no contact from them at all I cancelled my order. (more)

There was a supply problem with Hotpoint, but Whitebox sorted it out and washing machine arrived on the day it was promised

I can't fault Whitebox.The delivery driver was only 5 min out on his estimated delivery time.

Overall Whitebox was great. Got the item I ordered for a very good proce and minimum fuss. However had confusing and conflicting phone calls from Whitebox re delivery date. This was resolved when the excellent delivery company phoned me with a specific time which they met exactly. S I think it's Whitebox 7/10 - delivery company 10/10 !! (more)

Was disappointed with the fridge no instructions in english after 3 phonecall about 40 minutes was told to log onto a web site and down load but my new fridge is indeset and given hotpoint web site rang again and someone sent me a copy of right one by email with the promise they would post copy of proper one still waiting!!! no one bothered to say sorry till I pointed it out to the guy who posted via email a copy and still expected to ring again to register.
