it was a disaster.... placed order online there is no place for to add delivery charge that was the start of the problems,then waited for item to be delivered ,then told the item is out of stock.after told it was despatched.customer not happy

The web site states 24hour delivery. Checked status "dispatched" rang on Monday was told up to 5 days delivery. Stated on order must contact prior to delivery but tried to deliver while I was out. Called to re-arrange with delivery company
