Unfortunately I paid for 1-3 day delivery of goods I ordered on 6th September, and only received the goods on 29th September - I understand that there was a dispute between the manufacturer and the suppliers, but that was not my fault!!!

delivery time of 0730 - 1700. it was not possible for me to be at home all day i left a note on my door requesting any parcels to be delivered to my next door neighbour, the carrier refused and i had to collect from kidderminster, 50 mile round trip

A better search / selection refinement for items would be a considerable improvement (see Dabs as an example (not perfect, but pretty good))

Misco told me my purchase would be delivered 4 days after purchase, however, they waited until the day the product was due to be delivered to call ring to say it was out of stock. When i ordered it, it was in stock!! Not very impressive!
