Apparently the system blocked my urgent order due to a fraud check(?) - sadly no-one picked this up or contacted me. After several days I rang in . . . and now, I understand, my order should be delivered on Monday (21st). As a first-order customer this experience does not exactly inspire me ! (more)

As yet i still not received my item ordered and was not informed until i sent a e-mail after 10 days that it was out of stock.i think a e-mail would have been nice telling me the reason for the delay

Only negative comment I would have would be the size of the box that the goods arrived in. I only ordered a couple of small items, so the packaging seemed a bit excessive.

I have purchased another "Micromark Catering Urn" as a result of having to return the original one which after a few months use the lid disintegrated internally.My point is that I was willing to have a straight s***,however after initially denying responsibility for the warranty,which is good for two years,I have had to purchase another urn before my faulty one could be returned.As this presented a health and safety risk I believe Euroffice could have acted better,it took several e-mails before I got through to anyone at Euroffice. I emailed customer support when the parcel arrived to say thank you for the prompt and efficient service. Other than that I had no need to contact them. Everything arrive when they said it would. Alround a very positive experience.
