i sent the shoes back, as they were to big, and wanted to get a smaller pair, for my baby son, for our wedding on 2nd august. but the shoes can not be found. i desperatly need the smaller size shoes in less than 2 weeks, and need to resolve this issue fast, or his whole pageboy outfit will be ruined. Items were sent in good time but courier's website stated goods would be delivered on 14th when in fact they weren't delivered until 15th. suggest cloggs advise their courier to be more accurate with shipping/tracking information.

Brilliant service, a previous order had to be sent back but the helpful customer service staff meant that I was happy to order from them again. I love the shoes!

I wasn't impressed that the delivery was left unsigned for on the doorstep on the street. Anyone walking past the gate could have grabbed the box. It should have at least been left inside the gate, not out on the street. That issue needs to be addressed.

I have not taken delivery of the item yet, as despite the product being marked as in stock, following purchase I was advised that it due to demand/supply they would not be able to deliver for a month! I therefore think that the original claim that it was in stock was not correct, and I should have been given up to date information in order to make an informed choice as to whether to go ahead with my purchase. Could not fault cloggs website and service. A+

Great shoes - early morning delivery. Super Super Super.

When I viewed the Cloggs website it stated clearly that the item I wanted was available in my size. I placed the order, and paid an additional £4.95 for next day delivery (I knew however that it would be the day after next as my order was placed in the late afternoon). The following afternoon I received an e-mail from Cloggs, which I was expecting to be a confirmation of despatch but which was, instead, an e-mail telling me that my item was not in stock but should hopefully be available in about 4 weeks! The product I purchased stated in stock and despite numerous contacts I did not receive accurate information regarding stock availability until a very later date.I did point out that other sites did in fact have accurate information regarding avilability of stock and this site should be mpre honest to potential customers.Hence I will neither use this site or recommend to others.E-mails were not responded to timely or the online so called availability.Jake shoes provided next day delivery thank God the day before my holiday despite all the messing around by Cloggs. Initial order made, told being dispatched, then received email to say my account had been credited with no explanation as to why, eventually got to speak to someone on the phone who also looking at my account could not understand why and found out that the pair of cloggs which was going to be dispatched were damaged and no more were in stock, but I had not been advised of this. I subsequently placed another order and they were then on backorder but became available to be dispatched on 11 July and only received them on 15th July, considering how I had been messed around I expected better service. However I love these cloggs and this is the cheapest site I have found for them so will continue to... (more)
