I was really dissapointed about not receiving my order. I ordered on the 11th oct and order not being dispatched untill 26th november. If they hadnt of taken payment i would have waited, but i was not prepared to let them have my money for so long.

All was really good. Easy to buy, very reasonable price, good contact. Besides, very nice personnel and very quick international shipping (thanks God prior to the strikes).

On ordering originally the site stated the product was available and then received two emails stating not available until two different dates was not too pleased! However, was at least kept informed and am pleased with the product received today

Overall everything went according to my expectations although I wonder why some items were shipped separately when they all arrived within a day or two of each other. Some sizes/options were out of stock for rather a long time ahead.

Disappointed that Orvis do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning unsuitable items deters me from using this method of purchase from a company that doesn't offer it. So many other companies do.
