I found the instruction leaflet that came with the product confusing. I sent an e-mail to the Dutch manufacturer to which they replied. However I am still unsure of the correct procedure.

The item ordered came with the wrong voltage. We had ordered a 110 volt machine, but recieved a 230 volt item.

The site is user friendly; the product and delivery clear without having to open several windows. The choice wide and reasonably priced. One comment, though, a 'set' was not defined. I was glad it contained all I needed.
