Was astounded to see in tracking information that order was'Pending review' when it had been despatched. Great difficulty in finding email address to query this. Not clear that Deutch Post would take 30-60 days on order entry.

Thank goodness there is somewhere I can get the items that I cannot find anywhere else. Paying the shipping charges are worth getting what I want; a product I have been using for 35 years and also other items with the same problem.

The shipping charge was unreasonable. UPS took 6 days to deliver. HAD YOU SEMT IT BY us mail it would be here in a few days and the cost would be probably a third of what UPS ( or MEDSHOP) charged.

I had a problem of ordering too much of an item. I had to cancel the order completely in order to reduce the number of items ordered. There was no way of just subtracting from the number ordered. The one I contacted completely misunderstood me.

I'm an expatriate, living in China. Other vendors delivery costs are not as high. For the delivery cosyts charged by MedShop, other vendors ship express courier (2-3 working days).
