One of the items that I request to acquire was an original battery in the value 99$. And the item that I got is alternative battery in the value 30$

Original ship date was from CA warehouse to NY. But they called me when it got to NY to advise me of the ship date to my home. Good.

Thanks for being willing to ship by USPO. I would not have purchased otherwise.

Customer rep calls me in order to change my order, without any request from me. I accepted it because I really need that product. So rep charged me more because of this change. Besides, although I ordered my basket with 2-day delivery by a delivery fee of app. $17, customer rep requested and charged me $10 more for delivery. He said me that my previous delivery was expired because of this product change. I really could not understand what you did here. I am disappointed, despite I had shopping at your merchant by a friend reference. (more)

Great job.

Salesperson tricked me into buying expensive memory card. When I tried to cancel it the day after nothing happened. The international warranty I ordered was not applicable to the camera I ordered even though it was a selectable item as an accessory.The warranty I needed was four times as expensive. (more)

Easy use web site, excellent prices, rapid delivery(with standard shipping), and although purchase was online a service rep called me and verified my purchase as well as upgrading my accessories at unlisted deeply discount prices

Some of the things that were sold in the accessory pack were not worthwhile and the battery was not even the same brand as the device. I would have gladly purchased a name-brand compatible battery if I'd known. Matter of fact, I ended up buying one elsewhere. (more)
