I did not receive all the items in each 3 piece kit that I bought. There was one piece missing out of each kit. Customer service asked me to complete one kit and send one back, where they would replace the missing pieces from that one.

Products took 2 and a half weeks to reach me which meant they did not arrive in time for my holiday. Since the products I ordered were sunscreen I now don't have any use for them and sending them back would cost too much from the UK.
