There was a serious problem with the items coming in. It created extra time for us to figutre out what was what, then we had to call in and give a order number THEN we could figure out just exactly what we were recieving.

I've had one three shelf barrister case for five or six years and have been looking for two more since I purchased it. Both of the new four shelf units I purchased from National Business Furniture are a perfect match for my old shelf.

Like the file cabinet. Lock does not work and NBF is getting a new lock. Not satisfied with shipping. We were assured there would be a lift on the truck and there was none. Recommend shipping company unload the item inside the front door.

One of the pieces did have a piece broken on it. We will use the damaged piece as its function has not been comprimised.
