I was not told that the shipping charges would be half what I paid for the product until a day later when they were confirming the order and how it was to be shipped. I think the shipping charges should be upfront so people know when they are...

I was not happy with the product received. My husband could not put it together the holes did not match up after hours of attempting this. We had to hire a contractor to redrill the holes, paying him $100 to do it.

we received our classroom chairs in a very timely manner, however there is a small part broken off that we will attempt to repair rather than sending the chair back.....
