The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that the invoice included sales tax even though I faxed our tax exempt information the same day I placed the order; otherwise, we are satsified with the purchase.

I expected order 6-10 working days, but received in appr 4. Very quick shipping, and although I had to put together, it was very easy to follow the directions, and only took appr 10 minutes to get it set up.

My $500 chair was received as a pile of parts that were thrown loose into a large unreinforced cardboard box. There was not even one piece of paper in the entire box. The box was taped together with narrow, transparent packing tape. I could go on.
