Having problems installing this software. Once installed program does not perform as suspected. Believe it has something with my windows platform which is 7. Please advised the necessary department concerning this problem.

. Software I send my grandchildren, far away, Is for Mac or for unusual PC configuration and they can't use it. The requirements for software are not always clear to me. They live so far from me and they end up giving it away.
