Purchasing from US Appliance was a fairly easy and definitely economical way to buy an appliance. However, free delivery was a joke and very inconvenient for a large appliance like mine since the stove was placed at the curb.

Everything went very smoothly from the time I ordered to the time we recieved our items. We did receive one damaged item, but US Appliance was very responsive & a new one was on it's way within a couple of days.

After looking for months I got a 42' HDTV at the best price, saved $200. The web site was easy and US Appliance e-mailed me all the paperwork needed and the delivery company e-mailed and called me to get the TV to me on time. The TV works great.

Wasn't able to track via home delivery, but that was ok since they scheduled the appointment a week in advance. They did a great job deliverying.

I was really not sure if it is a good idea to purchase appliances online but I?m glad I did!!! It was MUCH cheaper then at any of the stores and I could choose anything I wanted!
