I ordered the boots for my step-daughter for Christmas.It was easy to order them & the customer service was great! I HOPE she will like them & I wont have to return them but if I do, it looks like its an easy process and that IS appreciated!

I was extremely satisfied with the service from Shoebuy.com. It turned out though that I needed to order a larger size so I returned the shoes for an exchange to a larger size which was not available which left me a bit disappointed.

Ordered Size 8 shoes medium with the with was huge need to return them. I thought they might have been defective or the rejects!!! Will think twice about ording again.

We were very pleased with the value, and the name brand. We were also pleased with the sale on the shoes the day we purchased them on-line. You were prompt with delivery and even gave us a percentage off the shoe after it was delivered.
