When I opened the package 2 out of 3 items were MISSING. I had to call customer service and they couldn't guarantee me when the correction would be made. I ordered this merchandise well in advance for an upcoming weekend gig that is out of town....now I'll have to play without it. I just hope they don't double bill me whenever they decide to send the re-order. (more)

Music 123 has always been competitive price wise, helpful and prompt. I will continue to be a satisfied customer.

Music 123: This is the second time I have been asked to execute a customer survey, which I don’t mind doing, however, the way in which I was asked, is completely annoying: "Our records indicate that we have not yet received the completed evaluation of your recent online shopping experience at Music123. Please confirm you have received your shipped item(s) from the order you placed on 06/28/2008…" Do I have to explain why this is irritating? If BizRate was doing its job, they would not have to bother your customers more than once, nor would you (Music123) have to pay Bizrate, for what appears to me as amateurish and otherwise uninformed market research. Again, I cannot explain how gratified I am with my first experience with Music123 I honestly love this place, I used to use Musicians Friend but had alot of difficulties with them and hassles, I feel that Music123 is a much more organized/Helpful/Knowledagble/Courteous company and I have now officially changed my go-to company for music equipment to MUSIC123! I was happy with the process and the items recieved. I felt due to the dollar amount the shipping should have been free. In fact the web site said free shipping by the speaker cabinet. when I went to check out I found the charge for size and weight. I was not happy about that. (more)
