I really don't like being hassled to answer these silly surveys. I have answered them several times and always say the same things. That is my only complaint. The only reason I answer the survey is because I really like your company.

My order delivery was delayed by an October snow storm that shut down I-80 while stranding 30,000 trucks, not by Backcountry.com. I was promptly notified of the situation. Great job!

Backcountry always carry what I'm looking for, they have the lowest prices and a fabulous community of customers that take the time to post product reviews. I visit a few sites before purchasing items, but always wind up buying from Backcountry.
