When I ordered I got the standard shipping but Zappos upgraded me to overnight delivery! That was great! I ordered fuzzy boots because I just moved to Colorado and needed them for the cold and was very much looking forward to getting them.

I placed my order on 11/9,received confirmation 11/10, received my purchase (boots) 11/11. I could not have been happier or more satisfied with the service provided. Unfortunately the boots did not fit. My call to cst. serv. was a pleasure.

I was told by friends my purchase would arrive the next day. It took 3 days. Also, there is an uncomfortable seam that was not in a similar shoe I tried on in the store.

The shoes made in China are much bigger than the shoes of same brand made in Brazil. Since shoes are too big, I will request return label and mail back to company. Zappos shipped shoes quickly which I appreciated very much.
