I received the product even earlier than expected.

Great system overall. You might include an e-mail giving the expected delivery date once the carrier receives the package. This would help me on those occasions when I'm too busy to track it myself.

just what I wanted

I just recieved the 512 memory(ram)upgrade from Crucial that I ordered, and installed it in my e-machine desktop in minutes.The 512 chip was recognized by my emachine desktop right after the install.I now have 1GB of ram total.At first, I searched online, shopped at stores for the same item and found that Crucial definately had the best price. It was unfortunate that between the NY sales tax and the shipping the price went up, though that is expected. Even with the tax and shipping Crucial's cost was the lowest, and it was delivered when it said it would be. I was also able to track the shipment by UPS which was a very helpful feature. (more)

Order entry was easy. Shipping was timely. Product is working just fine. Ran accoss Crucial site on the Kim Kommando newsletter.

I have purchased from Crucial Tech.on several ocaisions.They appear to have superior products and at a fair price.I would like to see the ability to track there shipping progress durning the shipping time frame.

All went well. It was hard to actually have the tracking information work - I don't know why, but the UPS tracking info didn't respond as expected -

I'm very pleased about getting my purchase when it was suggested I would get it and for getting it so cheap as well. I bought a small stick of RAM from bestbuy for almost 10 dollars more than the one I bought at Crucial!
