The product was received slightly damaged with missing parts and manuals. The return process was quick, professional and painless. I was even provided with a coupon good for my next purchase. Unfortunately, I haven't received the replacement yet.

I was satisfied with getting my shipment in 2 days because I paid extra, but a little upset when I realized it came from california and since I am in Arizona it would of come in 2 days anyway without paying extra.
