I have asked for my order to be cancelled as they doubled the original postal quote and expected me to pay up. However, they haven't bothered to answer my mail or let me know the status of the order. I think it is very bad customer service indeed.

**** is now recked after 1 good night and now follows through too her ******.hair fell out after one good night. The optional heat pack had no instructions and therefore was a lucky guess at being some optional lubrication!255 characters not enough!
