All items should be checked twice before being sent out so customers are not sent the wrong items. I was sent the wrong software so would prefer if this can be put in place regards Kumar

Over all i was pleased with the service although i didnt know my item was being shipped from America.The only negative thing about my order was that they sent the wrong colour.

DELIVERY WAS NOT FORTHCOMING, I HAD TO CONTACT COMPANY TO FIND OUT THAT THERE HAD BEEN A DELAY IN RECEIVING STOCKS AND MY ORDER WOULD EVENTUALLY BE PROCESSED IN DUE TIME. I WAS GIVEN THE OPTION TO CANCEL MY ORDER IF I DID NOT WISH TO WAIT FURTHER - SO I DID ! SUBSEQUENTLY HAVE PURCHASED THE CAMERA FROM AN ALTERNATIVE SITE. (more)

I was disappointed that an item clearly shown as in stock when I ordered (why I ordered) was in fact out of stock and so delayed recipt by nearly 2 weeks.
