I have only been refunded for 1 of 2 items returned. Also the cost of the return was very expensive and I would be reluctant to order again because of the chance of having to return items.

Bike was small for adult size, wanted exchange for bigger, but given no viable options. When I emailed them, they referred me back to invoice and website, which was no help.

Having purchased a bike, was very pleased with delivery time and the look of it, the only disapointment was the need to make adjustments to brakes and gears which is beyond my abilities which means having to pay someone to make necessary adjustments.

Everything is good except for the site is not part of the www.clubwebsite.co.uk football teams cash back incentive scheme, so I would check those stores first before using sports direct.

Packing adequate, one pair of shooes no box, DHL delivery fine, but the tracking information not so good.
