wrong item received but when i contacted DOS they sent me my original product and told me to keep the wrong item. Excellent service I would recommed DOS, and have, to my friends.

I emailed them to ask if they could supply two colours of diary that I ordered and didn't get a reply. Not a major issue but would have been good to have heard back from them.

I had no problems with the supply of the goods and business post tried to deliver the next day but I missed them - it then took 6 phone calls and over 2 extra days to get the parcels. Business post were unable to accurately track the parcels.

Some ofrolls were damamged, about 2 per pack it was not worth sending the items back

The only slightly unsatisfactory thing was the mounted year planner I had ordered was a bit bent on arrival - not enough for me to request a replacement but it's not in perfect condition.
