Although it took 3 attempts to get the correct product delivered the staff (I believe his name was Tom Gunn)were extrememly professional, courteous and helpful. Such a shame it toook 3 attempts at getting it right.

I have problems with the login on my email address which means I cannot order online using this email, and even though I HAVE ASKED FOR A NEW PASSORD IT STILL WILL NOT WORK, the website will not allow me to access it for purchase & no solutions...
