DHL carriers were not able to deliver parcel as I was out at the time. I arranged re-delivery by telephone and stayed at home all day but had to telephone again - parcel did not arrive. Eventually received one week later!

It would be v helpful to be able to expect an am or pm delivery. My delivery finally turned up at 7pm. I had waited in since 8am and it was lucky that I had not gone out that evening. A phone call would have helped. The guy had had a puncture.

I have purchased from the Jo Malone site on a number of occasions and I find the service excellent.I mentioned on a previous survey that it may be a good idea to offer samples of fragrances and was offered samples by return. Brilliant.

The delivery note was not filled in correctly and when I tried to phone to rearrange delivery I could not proceed due to this fact, luckly it was delivered a while later (2 hours after the time quoted on the first delivery attempt note.
