I selected the gift wrapping option and was disappointed to find a small Bobbi Brown gift bag in the package that was not even big enough for all the items purchased. Wont select that option again.

Next day delivery was paid for but it was not delivered until 3-days later. DHL claim that they tried to deliver but this in an absolute lie; it obviously got too late on a Friday for them to be bothered.

I was a bit disappointed that I didnt receive a free gift bag as advertised by the website, I felt this was misleading because you had to spend over a certain amount to get the gift bag.

I love the product but the delivery let it down-the courier put a poorly filled out card through my door with the wrong address so I didnt know the delivery was for me-then they tried again and left it with a neighbour without my permission.
