Two items supplied were faulty, I felt a little annoyed with having to pay for the items up front then having a refund when you received and checked the items, otherwise I had to return the items and wait for new to be supplied (customer unprotected)

A throw away comment in an e mail reply could be taken the wrong way. When replying to customers SD need to be diplomatically correct and appear non confrontational
