Some sort of exterior packaging would have been nice, rather than just a documents enclosed envelope stuck to the outside of the product box. As this was a present, it was fortunate that the recipient was not at home at the time.

I don't think i have ever dealt with ANY company as helpful and effecient as Normans. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size guitar which was immediately shipped but when I rang the very helpful assistant recalled the delivery and arranged redelivery....

the whole process was a disappointing a many times. when u engage into internet sales u've to put into place good logical policies. i ordered on friday but got a response on monday.never got a notification of goods out of for delivery.

I was impressed by the prices from Normans and would definitely consider them for future purchases. I haven't been able to comment on the equipment itself as it's a Christmas present and so hasn't yet been opened. Very quick delivery.

I tried my best to stop the delivery happening on a day I was unavailable but I found it impossible. I couldn't contact the delivery firm at a point which would effective, i.e. York. Delivered twice, with good grace I have to say.
