I have been happy with most of my purchases but I note that if you put a negative review of a product your comments are never shown they only show positive comments. This renders customers comments invalid at least for me.

Incorrect item was sent - much more expensive - and I immediately informed the company. I was very put out, repacking/sending items back - post office is a long way away. Correct items then sent, but no apology or thanks received from company.
