A product I ordered was substituted by something I had'nt ordered. On telephoning I was told that the missing product would be replaced (which it has been). I was also told to keep the incorrect product by way of an apology. This was good policy.

My only complaint was that several of the items I was interested in purchasing were out of stock ie all the candles & most of the bath bars. Othewise lovely products & great service.

The delivery box seems to be a standard size and is too large for the products I tend to order, so that all the paper stuffing goes to waste. Perhaps smaller boxes?
