I am very surprised about sending my tiny eyebrow pencil in such a massive box filled with tissue - totally unnecessary and it didnt go through the letterbox so my neighbour had to take it in as I was at work. very very very very very dissapointing.

I reiterate previous comments. Products which are to be discontinued / colours to be discontinued - customers should be given a minimum of 2 months notice

As I was not home when the delivery was made I had to contact the courier to arrange further delivery. The courier was not very flexible with the delivery times and so I had to go to HIS house to collect the goods! so not too good.

M.A.C Cosmetics provides excellent quality + wide range of products. The only downside is the price. This fact made me switch to Revlon (for my foundation + few other items) as the quality of their products is comparable, but price much more...

As I do not have a store nearby selling MAC cosmentics in future I will now be purchasing MAC products online as the easy to use, and the delivery ontime.. I have now learned that I may return goods I am not happy with too!
