i orderd a buggy and the car seat was missing. I spoke to a man on the phone who was very rude to me and made me upset i did not expect this. I still have the same problem and awaiting a reply still. And very shocked at the lack on costumer care. UPDATE,

Did not send email to say product was on its way to us so was surprised to receive this and just glad that I was in at the time. The product was delivered really quickly but some notice would have been nice.

I bought Graco Baby Delight Swing for my sleepless baby. She enjoys it very much and sleeps as well finaly. This product is very easy to build only took a short time. Great swing. Would recommend it to other parents. Thank you Kiddies Kingdom!

I ordered a Tutti Bambini nursery furniture set. There appeared to be a breakdown in communication between Kiddies Kingdom & Tutti Bambini. I had to telephone Tutti Bambini and they claimed they had not received my details from Kiddies Kingdom.

I'm uneasy about the front wheels on the pushchair. I'm about to contact Kiddies Kingdom about this, and see what their response is. Otherwise I love the pram, and felt Kiddies Kingdom were excellent with the initial sale.
