Contacted company many times about my order.Never phoned back when they said they would. The hinges on one of the peices was broken.Spoke to someone and have e-mailed a request for a replacement hinge but still haven't got one.

The whole ordering procedure was managed well right until the final delivery arrangements. Only by chance(checking my account) did I find that delivery of my item had been'arranged'by me and that it had been despatched.

I was told that the order would be delivered between 2pm and 5pm but it did not arrive until 6.30pm. I understand that sometimes traffic is a problem but the driver didn't telephone to tell me he would be late and didn't apologise either.

One item faulty. Alex Perry-Bower emailed to say he was handling our return. Filled in form and returned but no response. Emailed again..no response. What's going on? We've had this unusable bench sitting in out kitchen in a box for 2 weeks now.

Really pleased with quality - solid furniture. However, on the computer desk, inner aspect of the feet had no colour/stain on it which lets it down.On the sideboard I think shelves would be preferable in all the cupboards. Good service & delivery.
