The paper quality is brilliant but my only criticism is that the wrapping cover of the paper was torn on all sides and did not protect the paper at all, making storing the paper difficult. I hope that this is not normal.

My order was on stop until i rang asking where my delivery was. I was informed quickly that they were unable to give me credit and therefore paid by credit card this should not of held up delivery but some how i remained on stop until my phone call

You need to clearly state that returns are to be paid for by the customer. As it would have cost more to return the incorrect items in my order I have had to keep them. It would have been cheaper for me to go to my local supermarket.
