Estimated delivery time given as between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.! You have to wait in all day. Another company offers the facility to contact them online the evening before to be given a 4 hour slot. Could Plasmacentre think about this?

Products were good but obviously damaged in transit by your courier who arrived at the end of the window of time given for delivery.I must say the process of the replacement part from yourself was excellent.
