Staff were very helpful and have treid to resolve our riser rail issue. But now manufacturer doesn't h ave stock. There should have been more info on the website regarding the wall that this item can and cannot attach to. Also this was an old item I believe. My huseband has been dealing with this query - so I don't have all the facts. (more)

I was amazed by the system for delivery, 3 phone calls and the ability to know the actual time it was being delivered, excellent, I was rung the night before to say it would be delivered between 7.00am and 7.30am, and it was at precisely 7.15 and he didn't knock he telephoned to say he was outside. An absolutely superb experience shopping with Home Supply!!!!!!!!!! (more)

My single order was split into two separate shipments that arrived on different days. Homesupply could not tell me when the orders would be shipped or arrive, since all you seem to do is pass the order along to relevant suppliers and let them and the customer deal with logistics. I can't see how you will stay in business very long if that's all you do. Customer service was disappointing since various times representatives todl me they woudl call back; they did not. (more)

Very pleased with the goods and initial order tracking but the goods were not delivered on the stated date, when i had stopped in all day for the delivery to be made. I rang home supply who were going to enquire about the delivery status but they did not get back to me as promised to keep me informed. The goods came the next morning and fortunately i was at home to receive them. (more)
