Once again, next day delivery means 2 days. This time the van couldnt get out of the depot. Amazingly, the van sending the item got in ok.

Ordered item not in stock but expected 2-3 days.Confirmation gave 26/11/09 delivery.Nothing arrived so rang (27th)to be informed there would be no more of this item available so cancelled order.I'm extremely disappointed with the process.
