LL Bean prices are a bit high and sometimes I have found it difficult to find an item on the website. LL Bean though, has quality items that last and if you get the LL Bean visa you can avoid shipping charges and return shipping charges too. I think that alone is worth it. (more)

I always check the L.L. Bean website to make my purchase before I visit any stores in person. I often find what I am looking for in the sale pages. I order shoes and clothes for my whole family. If there is a problem with size or quality, I return the merchandise for an exchange or refund. I NEVER have a problem that cannot be resolved immediately. I also have ordered items for my house and for camping. All house items have exceeded my expectations. My family loves our tent, and when my husband broke the tent poles while he was putting the tent up alone, L.L. Bean replaced them. If I remember correctly, they were free. We use our L.L. LLBean is a store I use regularly. With the Bean Visa, there are no shipping charges and the products are top quality and fully guaranteed.
