The whole system worked very well indeed. The only disappointment was that the first choice of mine was out of stock. Otherwise, everything from ordering to receiving the product was excellent

I have not received a response regarding my e-mail. The product was correct but I paid for a 60ml bottle and I was sent 50ml. I have asked for the difference to be refunded to my card. But I have not heard.

Never got through on the phone but email support was promt and good gave me the confidence to carry on but I am still not comfortable about giving bank details on line which is a necessary part of the process!
