I placed my order on 12/08 and received it yesterday - 09/09. My 1st email regarding the non receipt of my order was ignored, I had to email a 2nd time before I received a response. It was then the product was reordered for me. Bad customer service.

Great service and easy-to-use website. A pity there's more than one trading arm of the same company (different websites) and if I had realised this I could have saved £4 and received, I assume, the same level of service.
