I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROVIDED BY SHADE STATION. IT IS THE WORST EVER, HONESTLY. NO OFFENCE. YOU PROVIDE SUCH NICE PRODUCTS BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS SO BAD THAT IT NEEDS A NEGATIVE RATING.

I would have liked to have seen the item before purchasing it as there is a no returns policy. However, the product was perfect and I will be purchasing another strap for my other DKNY watch in a few months.
