My package arrived damaged, and the product was wet as a result. The majority of the product (stickers) were usable, but some were too wet and ruined. I contacted Zazzle customer support, and they worked with me, which I appreciated.

I loved being able to decide on the colors to use for the mugs I ordered. The variety of designs was astonishing. I should have been more careful in reviewing my order, as it seems I ordered a larger ounce mug than I intended, but I still like it.

I believe the default system on stamp size caused me to make an error in ordering. It jumps to "medium" automatically. I had ordered "small" originally but had to leave the computer for awhile before I completed the order.

The photo we used was not a good one for this product. I looked much better on-line than on the final product.

There was a production problem with the colors/ink on the postcards. The original order was fine, but this second order has darker ink colors and gradation issues. This order is not the same as the original order, and is not the same quality.
